A little bit about me...
My passion is to help my clients feel confident on the inside and outside, all while developing a healthy relationship with food, and provide you with the tools to not only increase performance and strength but to feel and move the best you ever have.
I am native Arizonian! I went to Grand Canyon University on a full ride volleyball scholarship and graduated in 2004 with a B.S. in Physical Education. I married my high school sweetheart in 2005 and together we have 3 amazing children. Jax, my oldest son is 14, Trace, my “middle” child is 13 and Presley, my baby is 9.
I started crossfitting about 10 years ago. I was training 5 days a week, lifting somewhat heavy and working hard. I was eating “clean” during the week and then I would YOLO on the weekends. I constantly wondered why my body composition was never getting better... then I was introduced to macros/flexible dieting, which has turned out to be one of the best decisions I have ever made!
About 2 1/2 years ago I tore my ACL in a non contact injury. As, I was searching for ACL rehab and injury prevention I came across GLS training facility in New Orleans, who is one of the founders of GOATA Movement Systems. I became so intrigued about this style of training that I studied and became a GOATA coach. GOATA (Greatest Of All Time Athletes or Actions) is a movement system that studies slow motion video to find imbalances and correct those imbalances to awaken your nervous system, protect your joints and move with the most fluidity and explosiveness.
